   The Spa has now become part of every day life. It is not just a luxury, but it helps to refresh both your mind and body. For this reason the Hotel Odysseas has built two Spas for the use of its guests, to increase the pleasure of a relaxed holiday.
The "Mermaid Spa" has a steam sauna and hydra massage. The "Aphrodite Spa" is a hydra massage.



What is a Hydra Massage

   There are two hydro massage rooms in the Hotel. Each hydro massage bath tub can host up to five people. There are jets which launch water and air onto the ground, the seat and the side walls as well as jets to massage the nape of your neck on the wall.
The function and the pressure of the jets can be regulated.

What is a Steam Sauna

   It is done in a humid environment. To create the appropriate conditions a steam generator is used which produces hot steam to increase the temperature to approximately 45? C while the humidity rises to 100%.
